The Wes Paul Band at the Smoking Caterpillar
On 17th June we played our last gig in Memphis (for a while anyway), at the Smoking Caterpillar (Midtown).

We appeared alongside Tom Arndt (a singer songwriter) and JP & the Jackrollers, one of Jason's bands. Before the gig we went over the road to a take-away and had a really nice meal. Wes and I chose everything off the "sides" menu because they were the only vegetarian items - fries, onion rings, fried green tomatoes, salad and fried mushrooms. It was a really big meal in the end!

After the gig we said goodbye to Jason and the other friends we'd made here in Memphis - tomorrow we were going home!
